Bakery de France, headquartered in the culturally diverse
Washington D.C. area, has been dedicated to the production
of high quality European breads, rolls and breakfast pastries
since the early 1980's. Our customers appreciate our passion
for bread and have helped us expand as a national supplier
to the foodservice and supermarket industries with frozen
par-baked French and artisan breads.
Over the last few years, we have invested in state-of-the-art
baking equipment and technology from Europe to produce authentic
French bread and rolls. Not the light "so-called"
French bread recently popularized by large manufacturers,
but exquisite petit pain you might enjoy at a sidewalk café
in Provence. Or the long, crusty baguettes that all Parisians
seem to carry, jauntily tucked under their arms, soon to be
cracked open and devoured.
