Ciabatta Sub Roll: Chopped Blt

Bring on the bacon! Your guests will love the robust, tangy flavors of a chopped BLT Salad on a crisp gourmet Ciabatta Sub Roll. Perfect for every occasion!


Yield 4 Sandwiches

  • 2 heads, Heart of Romaine Chopped
  • 1 Cup Chopped Cooked Bacon
  • 2 Cups Diced Tomato
  • 4 oz. Ranch Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Ciabatta Sub Roll baked according to packaging instructions


  1. Bake the Ciabatta Sub Roll according to packaging instructions.
  2. While the Ciabatta Sub Roll is baking prepare BLT mixture. In large bowl, combine the Chopped Romaine, Diced Tomatoes and Chopped Bacon
  3. Add 4 oz of Ranch Dressing to chopped mixture and toss
  4. Add Seasoned Salt and Pepper to taste
  5. Slice the baked Ciabatta Sub Roll lengthwise in half
  6. Place BLT mixture on top of bottom half of the warm Ciabatta Sub Roll
  7. Cover bottom half of the Ciabatta Sub Roll with the top and press down. Serve Warm.
